Detective Jose Ramirez reports that April 26th 2007, a victim was stabbed to death in a gang related assault. Muniz was identified as allegedly being involved in the murder. He uses the nickname of “Green Eyes” and has tattoos of dots on
his left finger and right elbow. Muniz is an alleged gang member and may visit or stay with friends or relatives in the city of Milpitas.
