Robbery San Jose California, 7-11 Camden Ave.

The San Jose Police department is asking for you help in identifying the two persons in this surveillance video. Officer Kevin Clark reports that on 8-27-07 the suspect enters a 7-11 on Camden Ave in San Jose. The suspect reaches over the counter and grabs several packs of cigarettes. The Victim clerk vaults the counter and follows the suspect into the parking lot. The suspect tries to knee the victim in the genitals after the victim picks up the suspect who tripped over a concrete curb in the parking lot. The victim reaches into the suspects pocket and takes back two packs of cigarettes. The suspect threatened to beat up the victim and said to the victim that he was going to come back and kill the victim. The suspect fledin a red, older model Toyota (or similar) SUV. The suspect who steal the cigarettes is the male wearing a dark colored sweatshirt with hood wearinga Boston Red Socks baseball hat. Theother person wearing a white t-shirt with light brown crew-cut hair accompanied the suspect as they both walked into the store. Murder Sunnyvale California, Gilberto Morales

The Sunnyvale Police Department is currently seeking Gilberto Morales on a warrant charging him with Murder. Detective Jose Ramirez reports that on 8-17-07, a gang fight occurred in the City of Sunnyvale involving Sureno and Norteno gang members. During the fight, the suspects fatally stabbed a sureno gang member and fled the area. Suspect Gilberto Morales and Suspect Jose Verdi have been identified as the primary suspects in the case. Both suspects are validated Norteno gang members from Mountain View.

Robbery Redwood City California, James Paulo Beat Store Owner With A Hammer

The Redwood City Police Department is currently seeking James Paulo on a $250,000 warrant charging him with Robbery. Detectives report that on August 10th 2007, Paulo and another unidentified male allegedly robbed the Redwood Wireless Cell Phone store located at 3708 Florence Street, Redwood City. Paulo beat the owner/victim with a hammer and
then took numerous items from the store. Paulo is known to frequent the North San Mateo County area and has been stopped by police in Daly City, Burlingame and South San Francisco.
