    The San Leandro Police Department is currently seeking Damien Foster on a warrant charging him with Car Jacking. Detective Tai Nguyen reports that on May 28, 2008 at about 5pm Foster and an accomplice allegedly car jacked a victim at gun point in the 15000 block of Tropic Court in San Leandro. Two days later police found the car on West “A” Street in Hayward, California. Foster uses the alias of “Dame” and has been associated to addresses in the 700 block of Fletcher Lane in Hayward and the 3800 block of Carmel Way in San Leandro. DOB 2/7/86

    The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Jeremy Martinez reports that on May 31, 2008, a 14 year child was brutally attacked in a parking garage at 5300 Turner Way in the Almaden Valley area of San Jose. This suspect allegedly restrained and sexually assaulted the child but the child valiantly fought back and bit the suspect on his arm. By fighting back, the child was able to escape and provide police with this description. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male about 30 years old, 5-8 to 5-10 inches and about 230 lbs. He was last seen wearing a plain white shirt with a black T-shirt underneath and black Dickey style pants. He may also have a bite mark to his forearm.     The Sunnyvale Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this surveillance video. Detective Jose Ramirez reports that on May 7, 2008, these two suspects robbed the 7-11 Store at 1201 Wildwood Avenue in Sunnyvale. According to witnesses, one suspect was armed with a gun and the other was armed with a knife. After robbing the store they fled in a newer black SUV similar to a Tahoe or Yukon. There were two other suspects parked nearby acting as lookouts. The lookouts were using cell phones to talk to the robbers. The lookout car was a 2006-2007 Pontiac G6 two door with 17 inch star pattern rims with unknown license plate numbers.     The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this surveillance video. Detective Tanaya Rose reports that on June 22, 2008, this suspect followed a young male victim as he shopped at the Oakridge Mall in south San Jose. The suspect followed the minor into the Anchor Blue store and exposed his private parts to the minor. The suspect then fled the mall. According to witnesses, the suspect was wearing a black ankle bracelet monitor as if he was under some type of house arrest or parole or probation.     The Alameda Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this surveillance photo. Detective Don Owyang reports that this suspect is allegedly responsible for the robbery of the Alameda Credit Union in Alameda on May 13, 2008. This bank robber is described as an African American male, 20’s, 506, 180, husky build, dark complexion, short black afro, thin mustache on upper lip, wearing a plain black ball cap, oversize white t shirt, black pants, black tennis shoes robbed the Alameda Credit Union. In this robbery, the enters the bank and asks about opening an account. When both tellers are seated, the suspect said “I want all the money” and simulated like he had a weapon in his waistband. Because of this, he is also considered Armed and Dangerous. The suspect then reaches over and takes cash from both tellers and flees on foot.     The Alameda Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this surveillance photo. Detective Don Owyang reports that this suspect is suspected of allegedly committing bank robberies all over the bay area. He allegedly started his crime spree by robbing a bank in Fremont on November 2nd 2008. His last bank robbery was on May 23rd 2008.
