The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Benny Pena on a warrant charging him with Robbery. Detective Richard Lira reports that on September 16th 2007 Pena and an accomplice forced their way into the victim’s home during a home invasion robbery. during the robbery, they tied up and severely beat the victim. The accomplice also placed a gun to the victim’s head and threatened to kill him. Pena is currently homeless but is known to frequent the areas of White and Aborn Roads, King and Virginia or Camden and Kooser Avenue.

On Friday, August 10, 2007, Sergeant Reyka was gunned down outside a Walgreens store in Pompano Beach, Florida while checking license plates for possible stolen vehicles.

Narciso Munoz Hernandez is currently being sought by the Pasadena, Texas Police Department on a warrant charging him with the murder of his wife, Martha Alice Hernandez. Detectives report that on October 27, 1978, Hernandez allegedly shot her in the face with a large caliber rifle. He then fled the scene and is still at large. Hernandez uses the alias of Narciso Munoz Gonzales and has relatives living in the bay area and the central valley of California. Police believe he may be living or visiting with them. The color photo of Hernandez was taken of him 30 years ago and the sketch is an age enhancement of him.

The Union City Police Department is currently seeking Carlon Dewayne Wright on a warrant charging him with felony assault. Detective Ward reports that Wright is wanted in connection with a felony assault and battery that occurred at a Union City bar. The suspect punched two female victims in the face. One victim suffered a broken nose and fractured orbital socket and the other victim suffered a broken tooth. The suspect has ties to Louisiana, as well as the Bay Area but may be staying in Menlo Park. Wright has a tattoo of an AK-47 rifle on his back.
