The Mt. View Police Department is asking for your help in identifying these suspects. Detective Armando Espitia reports that Sunday, March 30th 2008 at 2am, a robbery occurred at a new bar/nightclub Static Club on 1477 Plymouth Street. The victim was in the parking lot taking photos with her friends when these two male suspects asked if they could be in the photos. The victim ignored the question.

The Union City Police Department is currently seeking Jeffrey Spencer Delaney on a warrant charging him with Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Detective Ward reports that Delaney is wanted in connection with an assault with a deadly weapon that occurred in a residential area of Union City. In October 2007 the suspect and victim had an argument over an ex-girlfriend. When the victim attempted to walk away, he turned back and saw the suspect shoot at him. The victim was not injured. The suspect then fled on foot to an unknown area. The suspect is known to frequent areas in Modesto, Hayward and Union City.

The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective Jeremy Martinez reports that this suspect used a knife to attack a woman near the Santa Teresa Hospital in south San Jose. During the attack he sexually assaulted the victim and then fled the scene. The victim said that he pock marks on his face and both of his ears were pierced. The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Gilberto Fierros on a warrant charging him with Assault and Brandishing a Weapon. Detective Mark Riles reports that on Fierros has been identified from a surveillance. On January 23rd 2007, Fierros was allegedly shoplifting at the Mervyn’s Store on Blossom Hill Road. When he was confronted by store security, the suspect allegedly brandished a knife at the victimand then fled the scene.
