The Sunnyvale Police Department is currently seeking Gilberto Morales on a warrant charging him with Murder. Detective Jose Ramirez reports that on 8-17-07, a gang fight occurred in the City of Sunnyvale involving Sureno and Norteno gang members. During the fight, the suspects fatally stabbed a sureno gang member and fled the area. Suspect Gilberto Morales and Suspect Jose Verdi have been identified as the primary suspects in the case. Both suspects are validated Norteno gang members from Mountain View.

The Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety is currently seeking Michael Muniz on a warrant charging him with Murder. Detective Jose Ramirez reports that April 26th 2007, a victim was stabbed to death in a gang related assault. Muniz was identified as allegedly being involved in the murder. He uses the nickname of “Green Eyes” and has tattoos of dots on
his left finger and right elbow. Muniz is an alleged gang member and may visit or stay with friends or relatives in the city of Milpitas.
