    The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the females in this surveillance video. Detective Keith Mizuhara reports that on April 14th 2008 at about 3am, these two suspects allegedly forced their way through the drive-up window of the Jack in the Box at 697 Curtner Avenue. Once inside they took money from the cash register and then robbed the employees. Then climbed back out the drive-up window and fled the scene. Witnesses report these suspects have been seen loitering in the area in the past usually between 10pm and 6am.     The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the man and woman in this surveillance video. Detective Keith Mizuhara reports that on April 17, 2008 at about 9:45 p.m. two victims were walking in the are of South 34th Street near Shortridge Avenue. According to the victims, these suspects were allegedly armed with a handgun and robbed the victims. The suspects were later captured on video at a store in the area of Alum Rock and South Jackson avenues. The suspects were seen leaving the store in a small black sedan, similar to a Honda.     The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Benny Pena on a warrant charging him with Robbery. Detective Richard Lira reports that on September 16th 2007 Pena and an accomplice forced their way into the victim’s home during a home invasion robbery. during the robbery, they tied up and severely beat the victim. The accomplice also placed a gun to the victim’s head and threatened to kill him. Pena is currently homeless but is known to frequent the areas of White and Aborn Roads, King and Virginia or Camden and Kooser Avenue.

    The San Jose Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person in this police sketch. Detective John Mitchell reports that a victim had advertised an Ipod Nano on Craigslist. This suspect called the victim a few times and set up a meeting on January 17th 2008, in the parking lot of the Capitol Village Apartments near the storage area off of Beroni and Snell Avenue. When the victim showed the suspect the Ipod, the suspect simulated a gun and threatened to shot him he then fled on foot.
