Warning: the video is graphic and may be disturbing to some viewers. Police have released body camera video from the shooting of a 17-year-old in southwest Baltimore on May 11. Police said at around 1:25 p.m.; officers were in the area of the 2500 block of McHenry Street when an officer tried to stop an individual believed to be concealing a gun.
The family later identified the teen as Mekhi Franklin, 17.
