Female Driver Shoots Gun While Allegedly Being Assaulted in Road Rage Caught on Camera

Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s office have a male suspect in custody for Assault near Aldine Westfield Road and Old Cypresswood Drive following a road rage.

Surveillance video captured a road rage incident between two drivers on Cypresswood Drive in north Harris County near Spring on Thursday morning. The Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office says one driver got out and assaulted a driver who was still in her vehicle. The woman then allegedly pulled out her handgun and fired a shot, then the suspect released her. The suspect was taken into custody for assault, according to the constables’ office.
