Michael Que Heath is currently wanted by the San Jose Police Department in connection with the June 17, 2001, murder of Marcelino Lopez at the intersection of Duane Street and Almaden Avenue in San Jose.
According to investigators, Heath allegedly jumped out of a vehicle driven by Jamie Valenzuela and repeatedly stabbed Lopez, who died at the scene. At the time, both suspects were confirmed members of the gang known as “West Side Mob.” While Valenzuela was later arrested and convicted, Heath evaded capture and remains at large, wanted for murder.

On June 17, 2001, SJPD responded to a report of a stabbing in the area of Duane Street and S. Almaden Avenue.
Officers discovered an adult male suffering from multiple stab wounds who was pronounced deceased on scene. The investigation revealed that a primary suspect jumped out of a vehicle driven by a secondary suspect, and stabbed the victim.
The primary suspect was identified as Michael Que Heath. Both suspects are validated gang members.
