The discovery was made at approximately 7:45 p.m. in Lisbon Falls, said Maine Public Safety Commissioner Mike Sauschuck. He also confirmed that Robert Card died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Law enforcement sources confirmed to WMTW that Card’s remains were found in a dumpster.
