Pastor Keith Holt and his wife were held on $100,000 bond.
The Blackwell Police Department reports that they arrested Pastor Keith Holt and his wife, Candy Holt, for alleged child abuse, kidnapping, and neglect.
In court documents obtained Thursday by KFOR, Keith Holt is accused of beating the children with a board and, in some cases, locking them inside a bathroom with no food or water; his wife Candy is accused of allowing it to happen.
