Incidents Reported: Multiple residential burglaries – same suspect

Date/Time of Incidents: 12/27/23 and 1/7/24 / between midnight – 7:15 am

Locations: Escondido Village: Studio 3 (37 Angell Ct), Studio 4 (51 Dudley Ln), Studio 5 (44

Olmsted Rd), and Studio 6 (47 Olmsted Rd), and EVGR – B (735 Campus Dr)

A suspect forced entry into several occupied student residential buildings in the Escondido
Village area. The suspect opened the exterior doors with a pry tool and removed packages from
the lobby.

Suspect – captured by video safety and security cameras:
• Gender: Male
• Race/Ethnicity Descriptors: Unknown
• Clothing: Black baseball cap, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes.
