Police say Jose Quinones-Mendez should be considered armed and dangerous.
The Philadelphia Police Department is currently seeking Jose Quinones-Mendez. Police report that Mendez had allegedly taken the gun used to shoot a police officer from the crime scene after the officer shot the gunman.
