The burglary took place on July 22nd, from 1:22 a.m. until 4:07 a.m. The suspect used a power cutting tool to cut a hole in the side of the business. Based on the investigation, 39-year-old Tyrone Brennen of San Rafael was identified as the person believed to have cut the hole to get inside the business and steal the guns. Investigators identified his accomplice as 41-year-old Loren Bingham of Vallejo, who is believed to have served as the lookout and getaway driver.
After identifying the suspects, a no bail Ramey warrant was obtained for Brennen. He had felony warrants for his arrest out of Solano County for robbery, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, and two warrants for possession of a controlled substance for sales.
