San Jose’s Bertucelli’s La Villa Deli restaurant’s window was damaged after a recent break-in.
Police are investigating a break-in at a business in San Jose’s Willow Glen neighborhood.
The break-in occurred shortly after 3 a.m. on Tuesday at Bertucelli’s La Villa Deli, marking the latest in a string of overnight burglaries in Willow Glen.
Surveillance footage captured the incident as a suspect, with their face partially covered and wearing a hoodie, smashed the front door with a rock.
Once inside, the thief headed directly for the cash register but, finding little value left the scene in under a minute.
