Police say the murdered 9-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter will not be identified.
Milpitas Lt. Tyler Jamison identified the victims as 36-year-old Vinh Quang Nguyen, his wife, Chau Bao “Becky” Pham, also 36, their 9-year-old son, and their 4-year-old daughter.
According to Jamison, evidence suggests that Nguyen carried out the killings using a handgun legally registered in his name.
