The suspect was killed by a second responding officer.
The North Las Vegas Police Department has released videos from the fatal shootout and murder of Officer Jason Roscow.

Police say that Officer Roscow responded to a call of a man with a gun who was throwing rocks at people.
When Officer Roscow arrived, the suspect shot him and then stood over him as he lay on the ground and shot him again.
Police say that a second responding officer killed the suspect.
