Police say that Efren Ramirez is still in critical condition but is stable.
The Albuquerque Police Department has released video of four officers shooting Efren Ramirez. Police report that the officers pursued Ramirez in an allegedly stolen vehicle and then on foot as he fled from the vehicle.
During the foot pursuit, Ramirez allegedly began raising a gun in his hand and officers shot him.
