Alexander Reighart Wanted For Allegedly Escaping Custody in Colorado

Alexander Reighart was in custody on warrants for for alleged financial crimes and illegal drugs.

Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for 29-year-old Alexander Reighart, who fled from deputies in the vicinity of Santa Fe and Town Center Drives.

Reighart was initially detained for outstanding felony warrants related to financial crimes and illegal drugs near Highway 85 and Town Center Drive at approximately 9:15 PM.

While deputies were engaged in contact with another individual, Reighart managed to escape from the back of a patrol car while still handcuffed.

Despite an extensive search of the surrounding area, Reighart remains at large, and law enforcement efforts to locate him are ongoing.

Authorities do not consider Reighart to pose an immediate threat to the public. He is described as approximately 5’10” tall, weighing around 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing green pants, a green jacket, and a light gray hoodie.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 29-year-old Alexander Reighart, who was detained for outstanding felony warrants (for financial crimes and illegal drugs) near Highway 85 and Town Center Drive at 9:15 last night.

He managed to escape out of the back of a patrol car in handcuffs while deputies were contacting a second individual.

Following an extensive search of the area, Reighart could not be located, and deputies are continuing to try to find him.

Reighart is not believed to be a danger to the public. He is described as 5’10”, 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing green pants, a green jacket and a light gray hoodie.
