KTVU has obtained surveillance video of the moments before a delivery worker was shot and killed in Oakland. The shooting in the Uptown area happened Wednesday evening. Neighbors say what ended in a shooting started as a verbal exchange between two people over a dog. Apparently the delivery worker complimented the shooter’s dog.
