19 News reports that Suspect Frank Tyson had been released from prison about two weeks earlier after serving a 24-year sentence.
The Canton, Ohio Police Department has released bodycam videos showing the arrest of violent suspect Frank Tyson after he fled the scene of a car crash and his later in-custody death.
The video shows the police officers struggle to restrain and arrest Tyson as he shouts and violently resists the officers.
