Gun battle with drug cartel in Texcaltitlan caught on camera.
Residents and farmers in Texcaltitlan, Mexico armed themselves with rifles, machetes and sickles and faced alleged extortionists from the Familia Michoacana drug cartel, who demanded one peso for each square meter of crops.
The rebellion ended with 14 dead.
When the battle ended, the civilians set fire to the dead cartelmen bodies and their vehicles.
The battle was recorded on a nearby surveillance camera.
