Czech police released a video on Friday of its operation as a shooter opened fire at a university in Prague, killing 14 people. Petr Matejcek, the director of the police regional headquarters in Prague, said the gunman killed himself on the balcony of the university building when police officers approached him. The bloodshed took place on Thursday at the arts faculty at Charles University, where the 24-year-old shooter was a student, Prague police officials said.
