On 5/28/2024, at 0153 hours, Daniel Lopez Zavala, escaped the San Benito County Correctional Facility by jumping over a barbed-wire fence.
Daniel Lopez Zavala was last seen wearing a brown jail shirt, orange jail pants and black shoes, Daniel is 6’01, 190lbs, and has short black hair and brown eyes. Daniel is 38 years old and has tattoos on his chest of “San Benito County” and “Hollis.” He has tattoos on right and left arms/shoulders to include skulls and portrait of females along with tattoos upper back “ESN”, right abdomen “Alexia” and left abdomen “Amaya”
Daniel Lopez frequents address in Hollister, CA and associates with Northern gang members.
Daniel Lopez Zavala past charges include: 2 counts of 148(a)(1) resist/obstruct peace officer, 3455 pc supervised release (felony), 11364 hs- possession of paraphernalia, 11377 hs, possession of a controlled substance, other misdemeanor charges, felony gun charges, and child abuse charges.
