A 911 call records a Las Vegas man, Eddi Moreno, allegedly killing a neighbor after he exposed himself in front of kids.

A woman was on the phone with 911 as her husband allegedly shot and killed their neighbor for exposing his genitals to their children, according to audio the 8 News Now Investigators obtained Wednesday.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

On May 13, 2024, at approximately 7:07 p.m., LVMPD officers were dispatched to a shooting incident in the 2200 block of Starline Meadows Place. Arriving officers located a male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds on the driveway of a residence. Medical personnel responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

Officers identified and detained 32-year-old Eddi Moreno as the suspect in this incident.

The investigation by the LVMPD Homicide Section indicated the victim was involved in a verbal altercation with Moreno, who was the victim’s neighbor. During the altercation, Moreno held a firearm and at some point, shot the victim.

Based on the investigation, Moreno was arrested for Open Murder and booked into the Clark County Detention Center.

The identification of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
