Jordan McKay Shot and Killed on Way Home From Work, Suspects at Large

Detectives hope a tip from the public will help solve the Jordan McKay murder.

The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects that shot and killed Jordan Mckay while he was riding his bicycle home from work.

On Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 0140 hrs., the victim Jordan Mckay was riding his bicycle home when he was surrounded by two to three suspects who attempted to get him off of the bicycle. The suspects punched and kicked the victim. Victim Mckay was able to break free and was shot in the back by suspect number one.

The suspects fled in a white four door vehicle, possibly a 2004 or 2005 Toyota Corolla or similar sized Ford. The vehicle fled down 15th Avenue towards Fulton.

Suspect #1: Black Male, 6’1 – 6’2 , 190-200 bls., 19-24 yrs old, braided hair to his cheek bone, wearing all black baggy clothing, black baseball cap worn backwards, dark hooded sweatshirt pulled over his head, dark denim jeans, armed with a black handgun, approx. 10 long, held in his right hand.

Suspect #2: Black Male, smaller than suspect #1, wearing baggy black hooded sweatshirt and baggy jeans.

Suspect #3: Black Male, smaller than suspect #1, wearing baggy black hooded sweatshirt and baggy jeans.
