Joseph Daniel Hutchinson III is wanted by the FBI for an alleged assault on police officers during the Capitol Insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021.
Joseph Daniel Hutchinson III was out of jail on bail and about to start his trial when he allegedly went missing. His co-defendant Jonathan Pollock and Jonathan’s sister Olivia Pollock are also both fugitives.
Authorities report that video evidence shows Hutchinson and co-defendant Jonathan Pollock storming the building, ramming police barricades and tackling officers.
A judge had previously allowed Hutchinson to travel to Florida for 5 days to attend his co-defendant’s bachelor party and wedding.
