Court records show Kendall Lavanon Burton has prior convictions in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Sacramento counties.
Deputies report that Kendall Lavanon Burton allegedly poured lighter fluid on a store clerk during a robbery and set him on fire and it was caught on camera.
According to court documents obtained by KRON4 Monday, prosecutors charged Kendall Lavanon Burton with aggravated mayhem, assault with caustic chemicals, arson causing great bodily injury, and robbery.
