ABC 15 Arizona reports that the City of Mesa has confirmed that multiple park rangers have been placed on administrative leave amid a criminal investigation into allegations of misconduct while on duty.

According to police records, the rangers are accused of targeting unhoused individuals, using racial slurs directed at African Americans, and circulating a patch labeled “Goon Squad.”
