Man shot by Mesa police identified as Watts Williams.
The Mesa Police Department in Arizona police have released videos of officers shooting and killing Watts Williams in a 7-Eleven parking lot.
Police report they responded to a 911 call of a suspicious man passed out in a stolen pick-up truck parked in a 7-Eleven parking lot.
After waking the suspect, he tried to flee by crashing his truck into police cars nearly missing standing officers.
Police then opened fire killing Williams.
