Video obtained by MN Crime shows the Minneapolis police shooting of an alleged “Native Disciples” gang leader. The video, released after our open records request, was only recently made public after almost 3 years due to Minnesota law. It shows a MPD officer shooting and wounding the suspect, who was fleeing from a drunk driving crash.
