Murder Suspect Colin Czech Arrested After Allegedly Eating Victim’s Face

Colin Czech also allegedly told detectives he used his teeth to hurt the victim, adding “he used his teeth to eat [the man’s] eyeballs and ears,” documents said.

A man allegedly murdered another man at a bus stop near the Las Vegas Strip, eating his victim’s face in the process, according to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained.

Male Killed During Altercation

On April 28, 2024, at approximately 4:44 a.m., LVMPD Dispatch received a report of a physical altercation between two males in front of a business in the 1100 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard. Patrol officers arrived in the area and located both individuals involved in the altercation near the 300 block of Charleston Boulevard. One of the males was unresponsive and bleeding from the head. He was later pronounced deceased by medical personnel. The other male, later identified as 31-year-old Colin Czech, was taken into custody.

Through the course of the investigation, LVMPD Homicide Detectives learned Czech attacked the victim at some point. Czech was booked in absentia into the Clark County Detention Center for Open Murder.

The identification of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
