Deputies report they arrested Norman Scott for allegedly brutally shooting a man and his wife over a dispute about the location of a basketball hoop.
Deputies say that surveillance video allegedly shows Scott shooting his neighbor, Taylor Jones, who was holding his hands up and backing away from Scott.
Deputies also say Scott then allegedly shot and killed Tara Jones, who was standing in her yard about 20 feet away. Scott then allegedly walked past victim Taylor Jones, shooting him two more times as he walked back to his home.
