Off-duty Pilot Joe Emerson tries to crash plane: How was he in the cockpit?
An off-duty pilot is facing 83 counts of attempted murder, accused of shutting down a plane’s engines mid-flight. According to investigators Joe Emerson was in the jump seat of the plane when it all went down. Crew members had to tackle Emerson, and quickly turn the engines back on.
