A 26-year-old Queens man has been arrested for allegedly kicking a 54-year-old driver to death after a collision on Long Island over the weekend, authorities say.

Patrick Destine was unregistered, uninsured, and drunk when he blew a stop sign and crashed into the side of David McKenzie’s van on Saturday night, police say. Destine then allegedly beat the older man to death, robbed him, and fled the scene.
