San Jose Police Officer Timothy Faye Reportedly Arrested for Alleged Off-Duty Shooting and Child Abuse

The San Jose Mercury-News is reporting that Morgan Hill police have arrested San Jose Police Officer Timothy Faye on suspicion of shooting his gun in his home while intoxicated and allegedly assaulting his fiancée’s 8-year-old daughter in Monterey County.

The Mercury also reported that Faye had his bail revoked by a Morgan Hill judge and was remanded into custody.

El periódico San Jose Mercury informa que el agente de policía de San José, Timothy Faye, fue arrestado por la policía de Morgan Hill bajo sospecha de disparar su arma en su casa en estado de ebriedad y presuntamente agredir a la hija de 8 años de su prometida en el condado de Monterey.

El Mercury también informó que un juez de Morgan Hill revocó la fianza de Faye y lo puso en prisión preventiva.
