Police say they booked Zaira Dier into the county jail.
Police report that Zaira Dier allegedly entered a home occupied by a family of four and took a purse and jacket.
Police later got a call of a suspicious woman taking a package.
Soon after, Dier was detained by officers and had the purse and jacket in her possession, as well as an unopened package police say she took from a home.
