🚨‼️😮 In Chicago the scam tow truck, drivers known as bandits, tows or chasers show up to the scene and convince you to let them take your car and basically hold it. Hostage insurance companies won’t cover this and police departments are fighting to stop this scam. In this story, we see three or four of them show up to a scene to take a crash car and end up ramming into each other in order to get the Tow.
