Authorities are on the hunt for three suspects who robbed a mother and threatened to shoot her son at a Target store in Palmdale.
The incident unfolded on Jan. 4 at a Target outlet situated on 47th Street East, as per the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The trio barged into the store, snatched the mother’s purse, assaulted her, and menacingly threatened to harm her son, officials stated. Subsequently, the suspects fled the scene, making their escape in a gray Dodge Dart sedan.
Surveillance footage captured inside Target depicts the suspects dashing out through the exit, with a woman in pursuit. In the video, one of the suspects forcefully shoves the woman to the ground, while bystanders can be seen rushing after the culprits.
Authorities have released images of the suspects in hopes that the public may aid in identifying them. Anyone with information regarding the incident is urged to contact LASD Detective Felix at 661-272-2460.
