Wei Fen Ong Arrested For Allegedly Stabbing Husband, Driving into Lake With Kids

Lewisville police report that Wei Fen Ong allegedly drove into a pond with her 3 children.

Carrollton police said Wei Fen Ong is accused of stabbing her husband and then driving her car into a pond with her kids inside.

Stabbing Incident Related to Lake Car Crash

Update: 6:00PM- Suspect Wei Fen Ong is in custody at the Carrollton Police Department and will be transferred to Denton County Detention facility. She is charged with one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. All charges are being filed with Denton County District Attorney.

Carrollton, Texas – Carrollton police are actively investigating a domestic violence incident involving a man stabbed with a knife in the 4400 block of Tall Knight Lane, as well as a related accident wherein a vehicle drove into a lake near the 900 block of Hebron Parkway in Lewisville.

CPD and Carrollton Fire Rescue responded to a call on Friday, November 17 at 7:48 a.m. from a man alleging he had been stabbed by his wife. Carrollton Fire Rescue transported him to a local hospital for further treatment, and he is currently expected to survive.

In a separate 911 call in the City of Lewisville, Lewisville PD officers responded to a report of one adult woman-later confirmed to be the wife of the stabbed man—and three children, ages 8, 9, and 12, who were inside a vehicle that had been driven into a lake.

All occupants of the vehicle have been transported to local hospitals, and the adult woman is in police custody pending criminal charges. One child remains in critical condition while the others are reportedly stable.

Family members have been notified and are cooperating with the police investigation. There is no active threat to the public.
