The New York Police Department (NYPD) is actively seeking a suspect who allegedly hurled a flaming container of flammable liquid at individuals on a Manhattan subway platform last month, as revealed by police on Wednesday.
The incident unfolded at the West 28th Street subway station on the southbound No. 1 train platform around 7:40 p.m. on Feb. 5, according to NYPD reports. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
Surveillance footage released by the NYPD depicts the suspect brandishing two flaming cans within the confines of the subway station. Despite ongoing efforts, authorities have yet to ascertain the identity of the suspect, who remains at large.
