Seeking Person of Interest in Arson Investigation
Pacifica, CA- On April 10, 2024, at approximately 1:30 p.m. Pacifica Police Officers were dispatched to Rifle Range Road on the report of a possible arson. A witness observed a male subject start a fire on the property. The subject fled the area prior to police arrival. A witness was able to photograph the subject.
The Pacifica Police Department is reaching out for public assistance and urges anyone who has interacted with this person or can identify this individual to contact us. Investigation has revealed that this subject has visited the SF Archers archery range several times over the past month.
The subject is described as an Asian male adult, approximately 20-30 years old, with long black hair in a ponytail and glasses. The subject reportedly often wears a distinct cloak or robe garment. The subject was also in possession of a distinct Mongolian-style horse bow at the time of this incident. A photo is included below.
