Defendant Alicia Kincheloe was sentenced to probation after being convicted of animal cruelty for filming a burning raccoon.
Deputies report that Alicia Kincheloe filmed her father as he stabbed a raccoon with a pitchfork and burned it alive as it was trapped in a dumpster.
She then posted the gruesome recording online where it was viewed by animal activists and law enforcement.
