Stratford police are looking for four people who robbed a Stratford jewelry store on Wednesday.

Smash & Grab Robbery at Paris Jewellers
On Wednesday, January 3, 2024 shortly before 6:30 p.m. the Stratford Police Service received numerous 911 calls regarding a Robbery at Paris Jewellers, located in the Stratford Mall, at 1067 Ontario Street, in the City of Stratford.
Just prior to the police being contacted four unknown individuals entered the Stratford Mall heading directly to Paris Jewellers. The four individuals smashed the glass cases in the store and stole an unknown amount of jewellery.
The suspects were in and out of the store in less than one minute before leaving the mall. They were last seen in a black four-door sedan, believed to be a Chrysler 300, travelling out of the City of Stratford heading east on Ontario Street.
All four suspects were completely covered in black clothing, including gloves, masks, and hoods. They all appeared to be males of average height with slim builds; however, no other descriptors can be provided.
The two staff members working in the store at the time were not physically injured as a result of this incident.
The items stolen are expected to be in excess of $100,000; however, that amount is unknown at this time. The investigation into this matter is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
