The suspect fired two rounds at the partnering officer. The initiating officer ran around the van to assist the partnering officer who was struggling with the armed suspect.
The initiating officer fired two rounds, striking the suspect.
Officers immediately began performing life-saving measures, however, the 50-year-old suspect, Edward Nandin, died at the scene from his injuries. No officers were injured during this incident.
