The SBA released a 53-page audit Monday detailing spending on UTVFA American Express and Synchrony Bank credit cards by each family member, but primarily Jamey Noel.

On April 9, Jamey Noel found himself booked in the Scott County, Indiana Jail, serving a 60-day sentence. His conviction stemmed from a judge’s decision to hold him in contempt of court for possessing two handguns on his property. Back in November, Noel had consented to surrender all his firearms to law enforcement, with the exception of one shotgun of his choosing.
