An American woman tentatively identified as Latavia McGee and 3 unidentified men have been kidnapped by armed drug cartel gunmen shooting guns to force the victim’s car to stop in traffic in Matamoros, Mexico. Mexican police also report that an innocent female bystander was killed by stray gunfire from the cartel gunmen.
