Four People Shot in Bricktown, Police Shoot at Suspects, Suspects at Large

Police say, the suspect fled the area in a silver sedan driven by the black female in the photos.

Oklahoma City Police Department Press Release Re: Bricktown Shooting

In the early morning hours of Sunday, August 18th, a man opened fire and shot four people near the intersection of Sheridan and Oklahoma Ave. in Bricktown. There were several police officers in the area, two of whom discharged their firearms during a foot chase with the suspect. However, the suspect is still unidentified and remains at large.

The suspect fled the area in a silver sedan driven by a Black female (see attached photos.)

Numerous people were in the area of the shooting as the event was unfolding, and investigators believe many of them shot video of it on their cell phones.

Comunicado de prensa del Departamento de Policía de la Ciudad de Oklahoma Re: Tiroteo en Bricktown

En las primeras horas de la mañana del domingo 18 de agosto, un hombre abrió fuego y disparó a cuatro personas cerca de la intersección de Sheridan y Oklahoma Ave. en Bricktown. Había varios agentes de policía en la zona, dos de los cuales dispararon sus armas de fuego durante una persecución a pie con el sospechoso. Sin embargo, el sospechoso aún no ha sido identificado y sigue prófugo.

El sospechoso huyó del área en un sedán plateado conducido por una mujer negra (ver fotos adjuntas).
