The driver of a vehicle that hit and killed four Pepperdine University students on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu last week has been charged with murder.
LA County District Attorney George Gascón says the driver was allegedly going 104 miles per hour.
Fraser Bohm, 22, is charged with four counts of murder and four counts of gross vehicular manslaughter.
